great access to parks and local landmarks for weekend strolls

I loved that I could easily walk to McDonald's and the Morehead Peddlers Mall, making my stay very convenient for quick meals and shopping, and even enjoyed the beautiful views at Carrington Rock which is not far away from the hotel.

Incredibly clean rooms made for a comfortable stay! Staff went above and beyond, arranging late check-out when our plans changed unexpectedly. Loved the continental breakfast, especially the fresh pastries. Nearby restaurants offered a variety of tasty dining options. Don’t forget to check out the local sights!

Dirty carpets, lack of bath mat and sufficient towels, poorly maintained facilities!!! Cleaning supplies provided should have never been needed. Extensive odor issues in supposed non-smoking room!!! Urgent attention required for worn and stained furnishings!!!

The front desk staff was friendly and polite. I particularly appreciated Carla's warmth during check-in, which made me feel welcome. The location was ideal for my itinerary, making it easy to get around.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. I noticed stains on the carpet that detracted from my overall comfort.

The handicap accessible room was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a microwave and fridge. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, providing ample towels for our stay. However, the overall maintenance leaves much to be desired. there were missing parts in the microwave, some cleanliness issues, and the heating was ineffective, forcing an early departure despite the comfortable bed.
